This is Sagar (he/him), and I come with hands-on experience working with international teams from North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.

Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and coordinate P&C strategy activities with senior leadership teams and staff, along with a proven ability to work successfully on a team in a fast-paced environment.

In my most recent role as a Human Resources Consultant at Welthungerhilfe, I successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes for AI professionals, including Computer Vision and Deep Learning engineers. Additionally, I provided strategic leadership in HR, developed policies, and effectively engaged stakeholders. Notably, I played a pivotal role in supporting an AI startup's endeavor to launch a Social Enterprise in India.

Before this, I served as the Head of Human Resources (HR) at Youth4Jobs Foundation, where I led HR strategy, performance appraisal, recruitment, onboarding, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and ensured compliance with policies.

My tenure at World Vision India, spanning over 12 years as Regional Lead - People & Culture (P&C), equipped me with hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle and collaborating with international staff from various regions.

My educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. Moreover, I have undergone training as a Peer Supporter at the University of Maryland, USA, and an Accredited certificate from ICF (International Coaching Federation) for “Coaching Skills for Leaders” further enhancing my skills in supporting and mentoring colleagues.

I possess strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills, enabling me to foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Moreover, my ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success through effective people management sets me apart.

Additionally, I possess an aptitude for networking, liaising, and forming partnerships. I can understand ministry strategy and align it to deliver strategic outcomes through people capability.
