Salary: Php 1,827,954.00 per annum net of taxes
Context
Under the direct supervision of the Head of Manila Supply Chain Unit (MSCU), the functional supervision of the Unit Head, SCM Business Policy and Systems and in close coordination with relevant units at Supply Chain Division and others at HQ, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for managing for master data activities related to supply chain operations. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of master data in the new ERP – Wave system.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience; or,
- University degree in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience.
- Certifications in data management, governance, or information security are advantageous, alongside
a CIPS certification.

Experience:
- Proven experience in data management and client data handling, preferably in procurement or supply
chain operations.
- Effective customer support experience is essential.
- Practical experience with vendor master data processes.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools for monitoring data quality.
- Experience implementing data cleansing, enrichment, and compliance with governance policies.
- Expertise in using ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and ticketing systems (Freshservice preferred).
- Experience conducting data quality checks and verifying vendor sanctions for compliance.
Skills:
- Leadership in managing vendor registration and master data processes.
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Expertise in resolving complex issues and making informed decisions.
- Proficiency in applying quality control measures to ensure data integrity.
- Risk management capabilities for vendor and data processes.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate master data across vendors, items, and warehouses.
- Strong collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of IOM’s policies, SOPs, and master data processes.
