Job Overview:
The Recruiter will focus on our mid level and expatriate hiring and will have their own portfolio of positions to conduct full life cycle recruiting. Responsibilities will include all sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and final negotiations for open positions. All work will be accomplished in a spirit of partnership with the hiring manager and other relevant colleagues in People & Culture. We are looking for someone who understands and looks to exceed industry standards, and a person who is always looking for new and creative ways to recruit as well. Our goal is to ensure the timely selection of top talent, who will contribute to IRC’s organizational culture, while contributing to the organization position as an employer of choice.
From generating a talent pool to creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, you own the entire recruitment process. By using your knowledge of our programs’ hiring needs and role requirements, you optimally match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful. In this role, you will have conduct global outreach and the opportunity to recruit in 40+ countries and across various regions (MENA, Asia, West Africa, East Africa, Great Lakes and LATAM).
Major Responsibilities:
Work Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of mid level or senior level recruitment experience within an international non-governmental organization (INGO) or other large, global organization
Language Skills: Professional level proficiency in English and French required. Proficiency in either Arabic or Spanish would be a plus.
